What is the difference between all the different Montana Whites? -Divinity White R-9010 and Cream White R-9016 are the same color but Cream White is thicker. Therefor artists tend to use Divinity White for highlights and technicals more, and Cream White for covering large surfaces, but you can use either for any purpose. Mate White is the Brightest white of the six Montana whites. There have been problems with the Cream White covering Black R-9011 (similar to the problems with black & silver). To outline something filled with Black we recommend the Divinity White R-9010.

If the Alien cans are low pressure why does it seem like the paint comes out in a harder stream? -Low pressure does not mean the can has a lesser amount of gas in it. The valve is low pressure and takes less pressure to depress the nozzle. The valve is sensitive, go easy on it and you can control the amount of paint that comes out much more accurately than a high pressure can.

What is the best cap to use on a Hardcore or Alien can? -This is entirely up to you. Hardcore's come with Yellow Dot Banana caps which spray like NY Thin caps, aka outline caps. The Universal Caps also have this spray pattern for use on Alien cans as well as all types of odd brand paints. Alien cans come with Skinny Pro caps which are versatile for outlining and for very thin lines.

The paint seems to come out in a slightly larger stream on the bigger cans like Mega & Maximo? -Yes this is true.

What is the difference between the Grey, White, Universal, & Yellow dot Banana cap's? -They are all the same outline cap but in different colors. The best and cleanest spray pattern is the Yellow Dot Banana. The Yellow Universal Cap has also the best and cleanest spray patter but is primarily useful on Low Pressure valves like on the Alien brand. The Grey banana cap aka: German Outline, is known to clog up faster than the other caps mentioned previously. This is a side effect from the Grey dye used in its manufacture.

Why is it difficult to paint over wet Chrome & all metallic paints in general? -This is a problem with all brands of paint. The chemicals and solvents used in manufacturing are really harsh and don't mix easily with most other chemicals. Nitro black as well as the entirely brand new Nitro 2G line will have this new Silver Killer ability.

What is the purpose of the Alien Espectro colors? -These are Tinted clear coats. You can use them to darken areas for shadows or to create glazing effects. Lets say you have one color of Red and you need 2 different colors of red, just use the Espectro and you can make the same can of red look like two different shades. The more Espectro you apply the deeper the shade becomes.
