I have a can that will not work at all, what happened? -Montana has very thick pigment, if you have pressed down the nozzle without shaking the can at all, you have clogged the straw in the can. It can be fixed but you may need several large fat caps to clear out the clog.

Do you accept returns? -We will accept product defect returns only. If you receive a can that will not work at all no matter what you do. Send it back UNUSED and you will get a replacement.

Is the Montana Hardcore & Alien the same company as the Montana Gold, Black & Platinum? -No, these are two completely different companies. The Hardcore & Alien is a Spanish brand and the Gold, Black & Platinum is the German brand.

Are You the Spanish or German Montana? -We are the Spanish Montana, All of our Montana paints are made exclusively at our factory in Barcelona Spain. I heard Spanish Montana contains lead and other harmful chemicals, Is this true? -No, this is an unfounded rumor started by our competitor. Our Paint has been sent to the US EPA and they have reported that it is less toxic than some of the well known American brands of paint. They have stated furthermore that Montana Colors (Spain) is well within the regulated legal standards for paint in the United States. Can I special order something that Montana makes that is not listed on your site? -Yes, we need 50% deposit and turn around time could be as little as 5 weeks and as much as 9 weeks.

Can I get next day or 2 day shipping? -No, It's outrageously expensive for spray paint to ship via Air because aerosol is a hazardous material. There is a lot of complicated paper work, and based on our experience its still not guaranteed to arrive on time. So plan ahead.

Can you give me free shipping if I buy alot of paint. -Were sorry, but no. Shipping spray paint is expensive. there is just no way around it.

If I'm in the area can I come by the Montana warehouse and pick up my order. -We do not allow retail customers at the warehouse.
